Description
Zeus is a big semi-custom real estate design featuring up to 20 unique landing pages/search filters. This can be cities, areas, neighborhoods and a selection of lifestyle searches. All platforms that we work on can include a video in the hero area. The video is hosted on Youtube and in the hero area does not play audio. However, you can see on the live site how we compliment the team with their video and audio does play. Your colors, and fonts can be added to this design. These come with approximately 5 edits, which means changing photos, taglines, text (edits do not include creating custom graphics outside of the template design).
This design features:
- Photo of your choosing top of the page (please provide us with an image, will need to be a large image, approximately 1,920 pixels wide and not too tall)
- Numbers that coincide with years in business, sales, etc.
- A brief paragraph in the welcome section.
- Photos that describe the marketing you provide for sellers or buyers, you will provide us with the pages to link to.
- Link to your lender page
- Link to the home value page
What this DOES NOT include:
- Customizing navigation
- Slideshow (can be added for an additional cost, will be determined by how many images)
- Creating custom internal pages
- Editing internal pages
- Changing the logo on internal pages
- Changing your website theme color to something other than what is provided
- Adding content to internal pages
- Changing order on the Agent Roster
- Adding your personal listings
- Setting your domain (do not use masking for your domain, it affects the SEO of your site and not permitted by many brokers)
